What do I get on Automatic?

Higher monthly allowances, deeper clustering and summarization on our most capable AI models, all premium integrations (Slack, Zendesk and meeting transcripts), pushing opportunities to Linear, priority scoring, Google SSO with team roles, and up to 10 editors. Automatic also unlocks the model and reasoning-effort picker in the agent.

What counts toward my monthly limits?

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of indexed feedback items and AI agent messages. Allowances are shared across your whole workspace and reset on the first of each month (UTC). Reviews kept above your rating filter are stored without indexing and do not count. When you reach a limit, you can upgrade for a higher allowance.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Automatic is a flat monthly price per workspace with no long-term commitment, so you can downgrade to Free or cancel at any time from your workspace settings.

How is my customer feedback data handled?

Feedback and account metadata are used only to cluster repeated requests and keep every summary traceable to its source quotes. Teams retain feedback only as long as it supports product planning.

Which tools does Gisti integrate with?

Every plan ingests feedback from App Store and Google Play review sync, CSV imports, and a web feedback widget you can drop into your product.
