Gisti documentation

A concise map of the product concepts behind feedback intake, clustering and scoring, and delivery sync. For step-by-step paths see the implementation guides; for product thinking, the blog.

Core workflow

Connect the places your customers already talk, let Gisti cluster repeated requests into themes and score them into ranked opportunities, review the evidence trail behind each one, and promote the validated opportunities into your planning tools. It is one continuous pipeline — feedback in, prioritized opportunities out.

Model guardrails

Every summary stays attached to the source quotes and account context it came from, so a team can inspect why a recommendation exists before acting on it. There is no black box — an opportunity you cannot trace back to real feedback is just a guess, and Gisti is built so you never have to take one on faith.

Feedback sources

Gisti ingests App Store and Google Play reviews on a schedule, CSV exports from the tools you already use, and a web feedback widget you can drop into your product. For reviews you can set a rating filter so the items that carry actionable problems drive the analysis. See turning app store reviews into a product roadmap for the full method.

Team setup

Start with a workspace, invite product collaborators with the right roles, then configure integrations for feedback intake and roadmap delivery. The implementation guides walk through each step, and the API reference covers the surfaces the web app uses.
