API reference

Public implementation notes for the API surfaces the Gisti web app is built on. The shapes below describe how feedback, opportunities, and integrations relate.

Feedback intake

Intake accepts raw feedback with account, source, and provenance fields, so every downstream summary can be traced back to the original customer signal. The same model underpins CSV imports, the web feedback widget, and scheduled App Store / Google Play review sync — every item carries who said it, where it came from, and when.

Opportunities

Opportunity endpoints expose the prioritized clusters Gisti produces: the ranked themes, their score and the factors behind it, the evidence snippets that justify them, and delivery state. Each opportunity links back to the feedback items it was built from — see how clustering turns thousands of comments into themes.

Integrations

Integration routes start provider authorization and report connection status for the feedback sources Gisti ingests today. Two-way delivery sync to roadmap tools such as Linear and Jira is on the roadmap, so opportunities can move into the work — evidence attached — and back again when they ship.
